Everything was really good, extremely friendly stuff, perfect location next to airport, cafés and Trone subway stop.

The hotel is clean, with courteous personal, and offers great location very close to the Brussels Park, Royal Palace, Art Museum, Instruments Museum even the Grand Place, bus / railway station and the parks.

Had wonderful stay in this pleasant hotel, the staff were really kind, location was excellent in Brussels business district. The staff provided excellent service and helped with booking. The breakfast was tasty and wonderful with a multiple options and hot meals, as example, liked what was offered. Location: the property was just next door to the main shopping street, restaurants and the attractions of Brussels and centrum.

The team provided a friendly service. I had unique, fashionable room complete with Nespresso machine, threadbare soft furnishing and separate bathroom. Had amazing breakfasts with a multiple options.

Staff at reception very friendly and helpful advising places to visit and to eat, without being pretentious as can be in some 5 star hotels. Room was comfortable and although a little worn was in keeping with the style of the hotel. L'Occitane toiletries nice, as were the bathrobes and slippers. Also overnight shoe polish a nice touch. Breakfast more than adequate although the coffee could have been a bit hotter. Very easy to get to with the airport express bus stopping just around the corner.

The hotel's prime location in the Europe district is perfect for exploring the city. It is very close to the Trone Metro station, making it convenient to get around. Additionally, it is within easy walking distance of many of the city's main attractions, including the old town and uptown.

Some guests have mentioned that the breakfast at this hotel can be a bit expensive compared to the options available.

The hotel in centarlly located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with all amenities. Our room was overlooking the courtyard and was particularly quiet. I would definitely return.
